FORSPOKEN

A beautiful game cinematic with its own challenges and the sensitivity of the client. we had to take care of the quality and the time of the part on our hand and just like always, I am so much proud of the final result. 

GIVE IN TO GIVING

It was super fun working on this show, despite not having enough time budget but we insisted to make it one of a kind. my best friend, the agile management method, as well as close collaboration with supervisors and senior members of each team helped us all to achieve the result we were looking for. we explored so many ways to make our characters and environments, and we found many ways to do animation. we tested so many rendering methods. in words, the process of making this project had intense R&D, but by anticipating obstacles and resolving them all sooner than they happened we made it happen. I am so proud of managing all those people as well as the whole project. By seeing the feedback of the community, I can happily say that all those hard work paid off.

CHILDREN OF MORTA

The First experience of a 2D teaser trailer for me to manage is "The children of Morta". Transferring my VFX and 3D knowledge to the 2D pipeline, and managing and communicating with new teams was fun yet challenging, but thanks to good communication skills, we overcome making this beautiful animation smooth and perfect. 

EMBER KNIGHT

This little warrior was one of the projects we made during the pick of the covid-19, everybody worked at home but we learned from another project how to work from home and how to manage our files. Dailies were running through google Meet and we store all the data in google drive. Thanks to the knowledge of digital body language we faced no problems and the project wrapped up smoothly. 

MAJD & THE LIBRARIAN

An Award-winning 2D animation advertisement in short animation format. When we started this project covid-19 was about to spread, at the middle of the project and under the pressure of time, the pandemic started and we had to finish the project on time and within budget, but at our homes. This was a nice challenge for me. Running dailies through chat rooms and keeping track of the project remotely. Finding how to help Artists overcome the situation, and we did it great and we are so proud of the final result 

JAVANMARDAN

The First coordinator role of mine started by working on this project. A 2000 minutes Episodic with hundreds of team members consisting of artists, Developers, and so on.  The producer wanted to make it in Unreal Engine 4. I had to find the best team to get the project off the ground and choose the best management method. 

I chose Scrumban and worked as a scrum master. I ran stand-up meetings and made the sprint, and reported to the upper managers and leaders. I also had to manage outsourcing suppliers, MOCAP shoot, and getting the renders from outsource render farms for the parts made with offline rendering pipeline. 

AnalyzEL 

I know a ton about VFX, 3D and 2D projects. I have management and communication knowledge. I am a mentor. So why couldn't I have a youtube channel to share it with people who like it? I started sharing my knowledge around one year ago and get great feedback so I plan to continue it as far as possible. I shoot and edit my videos thanks to my knowledge of making music videos and my ability to work with adobe premier and after effects.

CROW SWORN

This kick-starter video game hit over 1 million USD. We are all proud that the trailer we made for the project helped the developers reach their goals! A project with a very tight time and budget, but successful in the end. 

I had to manage so many parameters and items plus lots of artists working on the show, all over the globe. But when the result has overcome more than the company expected it made us genuinely happy and proud both for them and ourselves.
